Sometimes you'll see suggestions like "Read Q115920 for more information about that."

You can search for these articles at The Microsoft Support Knowledge Base site. Type the Q-number into the box marked "Search for:", click Article ID, then click Go.

You may find it quicker to copy and paste this into your browser's Address box:

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=xxxxxxx

where xxxxxx is the number of the article you're looking for. Leave off the "Q"
